- to create a competitive, creative and productive research environment in international standards for researchers working at university,
- to increase the quality and quantity of scientific activities at university,
- to strengthen university - industry cooperation, to provide the development of partner scientific and technological projects and to meet the analysis demands in line with the facilities of the center,
- to provide services for researching the basic technologies related to environment and industry and for transferring the results to the industry by creating an experienced and specialized unit in the relationship between the university and industrial facilities in the region,
- to organize national / international scientific meetings and training events such as seminars, conferences and courses.
