Members of Board of Directors have responsibilities for making decisions about the center's work and management, approving the annual study report prepared by the director, the study program of the following year and the budget proposal to be submitted to the rector, establishing laboratory units on the proposal of the director to ensure effective and regular execution of activities, identifying the basic principles of the studies to be carried out jointly with domestic and foreign institutions and monitoring the processes, determining the principles of the documents to be given to those who participate in training programs organized by the center, determining fees of the analyses made in the centre and presenting them to the University Executive Board and fulfilling other duties assigned by the relevant legislation.
